Qualification:

Any Graduate Fresher/Experience with excellent communication skills
 

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Understand and resolve customer queries and complaints through various channels such as phone, chat, or email.
  • Engage with customers to identify their needs and provide personalized assistance and solutions.
  • Maintain a high level of availability to assist customers efficiently and ensure a positive experience.
  • Process customer orders accurately and maintain data integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Pre-requirements:

  • Proven track record in customer service or support role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English Language.
  • Available according to client availability.
  • Basic understanding of MS excel to maintain data.
     

Note: Immediate Joiner Required. Have to be available after office hours and weekends depending upon client's requirement.
