Job Description:


  • Handle customer's inbound and outbound calls and answering them professionally.
  • To provide the information about the products and services to existing as well as prospect clients.
  • Keep records of the customer interactions, transactions, and details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
  • To ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests.
  • Ensuring long-term professional relations with the clients.


  • Strong communications skills (Hindi).
  • Ability to listen and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills.

Minimum Qualifications (Must Have):

  • Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Prior experience in business development/sales is an added advantage preferably in the B2B Ed-Tech segment.

  • Multi-tasking ability.
  • Interpersonal skills & ability
