Job Description:

In lieu of the importance of the domain in developing businesses, a Business Development Executive would be responsible for–

• Accelerating company growth by sourcing new clients.
• Retaining existing clientele.
• Keeping a close eye on client’s feedback.
• Suggesting any upgrades that may interest potential clients.
• Generating and following up with new leads. 
• Ability to develop & maintain positive working relationship with clients.
• Addressing any questions or queries promptly and politely. 

Requirements:

• Strong Communications Skills (must have fluency in English)
• Handling International Customers Over The Call Or Chat
• Ability To Listen And Problem-Solving skills.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills.
• Basic Computer Skills.   

Minimum Qualifications (Must Have):

Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
