Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand message to our target audience. Your expertise in graphic design software and your eye for detail will be essential in producing high-quality graphics across various digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design visually engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print mediums, including websites, social media, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and design objectives.
• Translate conceptual ideas and design briefs into effective visual representations that align with the brand guidelines and overall marketing strategy.
• Create and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms, ensuring brand consistency and integrity in all design elements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and software advancements to continuously improve design skills and incorporate innovative ideas into projects.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure effective collaboration and timely project completion.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Provide input and participate in design reviews, offering constructive feedback and suggestions to improve designs and maintain high standards of creativity and quality.
• Maintain a digital asset library and organized design files for easy access and retrieval.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a professional setting or creative agency.
• Proficient in industry-standard graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite
• (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant tools.
• Basic video editing skills using Adobe or online tools.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative design projects and demonstrating proficiency in various design styles.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, adapting to changing priorities and project requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices is a plus.
