Role Purpose To ensure high-quality, well-structured, plagiarism-free academic content with correct referencing and on-time delivery while maintaining optimum writer productivity (word count) and low revision rates.

Role Purpose To ensure high-quality, well-structured, plagiarism-free academic content with correct referencing and on-time delivery while maintaining optimum writer productivity (word count) and low revision rates.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure project follow correct academic structure (Essay, Report, Case Study, Dissertation, etc.).
Validate referencing styles (APA, Harvard, MLA, Chicago) and plagiarism control.
Allocate work based on subject strength (Management, Nursing, Law, HRM, Marketing, etc.).
Ensure consistent writer engagement and balanced workload distribution.
Coordinate with Team Leaders for pre-delivery quality checks.
Track daily productivity based on word count and deadlines.
Identify training needs in referencing, formatting, and academic argument building.
Maintain discipline in SOPs, reporting, and data confidentiality.
Share daily/weekly performance reports with Operations Manager.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of academic writing formats and referencing styles.
Excellent quality review and content structuring ability.
Team handling and task allocation skills.
Good command of Excel/Google Sheets for tracking Eligibility.
2–4 years in academic writing/editing/handling writers.
Education Background in Management, Humanities, Commerce, Law, Nursing or related fields.
KPIs
Reduction in revisions and complaints.
Team word count achievement.
On-time delivery rate.
Referencing and plagiarism accuracy.
Writer performance and retention.
