JOB DESCRIPTION: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (BDE)

Work Schedule: 5 Days / Week (Monday – Friday) and Saturday work from home.
1. ROLE OBJECTIVE
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our sales team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business prospects, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets to drive company growth.
2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn, and networking.
* Sales Presentations: Pitch products/services to C-level executives and decision-makers via online and in-person meetings.
* Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
* Market Analysis: Keep track of industry trends and competitor strategies to offer tailored solutions to clients.
* Relationship Management: Maintain strong post-sales relationships to ensure client retention and referrals.
* Documentation: Update CRM daily with lead status, meeting notes, and revenue forecasts.
3. REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
* Education: Graduate in any stream (BBA/MBA preferred).
* Experience: 0–3 years in Sales or Business Development.
* Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi (written and verbal).
* Negotiation: Strong ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
