Job Description: – Field Sales (Male Only)

Experience: 1 year minimum About the Role Tameda Realty is seeking a motivated and energetic Home Loans Executive for our Field Sales team. The role involves meeting potential home loan customers, generating leads, and coordinating with banking partners for loan processing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate leads for home loans through field visits, referrals, and cold calling. 2. Meet prospective customers to understand their loan requirements and explain available products.
3. Assist customers with loan applications and documentation.
4. Achieve monthly loan disbursement and sales targets.
5. Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
Skills & Requirements
1. Male candidates only.
2. Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduates preferred).
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Comfortable with extensive fieldwork.
5. Basic understanding of home loan processes (preferred, not mandatory).
6. Must have own 2-wheeler.
7. Valid driving license.
