Location: Gurgaon (Candidate must be from Gurgaon only – Mandatory) Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary- We are hiring a Male Real Estate Sales Executive for a field sales role. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, site visits, client handling, and closing real estate deals within Gurgaon.

Key Responsibilities
 • Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and channel partners.
 • Conduct property site visits and client meetings across Gurgaon.
 • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
 • Coordinate with builders, brokers, and internal teams. 
 • Negotiate and close property sales. 
• Maintain follow-ups, customer records, and sales MIS. 
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria 
• Gender: Male candidates only. 
• Location: Must be from Gurgaon only (mandatory). 
• Experience in real estate or field sales is preferred. 
• Strong communication and negotiation skills. 
• Willingness to work extensively in the field. 
• Own two-wheeler (bike) is mandatory with valid driving license.
• Travelling Allowance: Provided.
