Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and increasing revenue. The candidate should have strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.

2. Lead, Mentor and Manage a team of 5-7 BDE

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

4. Generate leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships.

5. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

6. Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to align business strategies.

7. Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. 3-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.

3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work  independently and achieve sales targets.

5. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
