Job Title: Human Resource Executive
The “Human Resource Executive” is supposed to manage the recruitment and operational activities.
Role and Responsibilities:
❖ Manage the recruitment and selection process and Recruitment work.
❖ Support current and future resources needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
❖ Develop and implement HR Hiring strategies and initiatives.
❖ Bridge management and employee relations by Employee Engagement.
❖ Nurture a positive working environment.
❖ Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
❖ Execution of employees' performance review procedure.
