Job Title- HR & Admin Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day human resources operations along with administrative functions. The ideal candidate will support recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, office coordination, and ensure smooth workplace operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Responsibilities

>Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening,   scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
>Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
>Support payroll inputs and leave management.
>Coordinate employee engagement and welfare activities.
>Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
>Handle employee queries and provide HR support.

2. Administrative Responsibilities

>Manage office administration and vendor coordination.
>Maintain office supplies, assets, and records.
>Coordinate facility management and housekeeping.
>Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
