We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our initial cycle of recruitment, from identifying potential hires to lining up the interviews and taking timely feedback.
HR Recruiter's responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job advertisements, and conducting background checks. The candidate will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for the company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees.
• Reviewing resumes and applications.
• Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
• Keeps job descriptions up-to-date, accurate, and complaint.
• Develop and execute recruiting plans.
• Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
• Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
